Nohu Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

To register and use the nohu platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Be a resident of Malaysia or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where it operates legally.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Have never previously been suspended or banned by nohu or any affiliated platform.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

Nohu reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nohu account login credentials, including your username and password. nohu recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for added security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report to the nohu support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Nohu shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless it can be proven that such access occurred without your knowledge or consent.

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
